Mr. Shea spent twenty years in the soft drink industry as a sales executive before entering the Mortgage business in 1999. He was a founder and partner of MarketWise Mortgage, Inc. and later operated a branch of Gateway Mortgage. He is currently a principal and broker of Trust Mortgage in Dallas as well as President of BG Capital.

Bill's extensive sales and management experience is crucial to our goal of professional, timely attention given to you, our customer. He is certified and a qualified instructor in "Total Performance Management" quality control procedures. This puts BG in the forefront of customer service and satisfaction.

Mr. Shea studied Business Administration at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. He attends the Cathedral of Hope in Dallas. He is a member of Great Southwest Golf Club.

Mr. Laurent is a graduate of the Dillard University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and founded Laurent and Associates and co-founder of BG Capital Company, LTD. Laurent and Associates is one of the largest African American owned real estate firms in United State with over 100 agents.

Mr. Laurent is the President of the Dallas Association of Real Estate Brokers, a member of the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors, Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Valley College Real Estate Advisory Board and the Arlington Board of Realtors. He has served as adjunct faculty at Cedar Valley College, Southern Bible Institute, El Centro College and initiator of DAREB "Spruce the Hood".

Mr. Laurent is a former pro baseball prospect for Kansas City Royals and Montreal Expos. He and Mrs. Andryes Lynn Malone Laurent are parents of eight children. Mr. Laurent is also the Pastor of Little Flock Baptist Church in Forney, Texas.

Chet Clendenen is a graduate of Baylor University and leads our property management division. He has been active in the asset management industry for over 10 years and has been responsible for the formation and supervision of multi-billion dollar portfolios through out the United States. Prior to joining BG Capital Company, LTD, Chet held executive positions with several large, fortune 500, multi-family residential and commercial asset management firms.

At BG Capital Company, LTD, he leads the property management division as our director of operations specializing in third party residential and commercial asset acquisitions, mergers and management. Chet holds multiple state and locally certifications relating to tax credit and fair housing compliance. His creative and strategic performance has been recognized and he has won several honorary awards.

Mr. English is a long-time Dallas trial lawyer, who has begun to refocus his interest in real estate. He the seventh generation of his family to be born in East Texas, and attended Rice University and the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991 with high honors, Mr. English began practice with one of Dallas' largest law firms, before deciding to pursue his interest in representing injured persons. Mr. English founded his own firm in 1998, and has been continuously in private practice since that time.

Mr. English is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a frequent guest lecturer at continuing legal education seminars, and a published author on issues related to wrongful death suits. Mr. English, and his firm English & Associates, PLLC, continue to actively and aggressively represent the interests of injured Texans in suits against negligent corporations and insurance companies.

Mr. English and English & Associates, PLLC, also have extensive experience in litigating real estate matters, and have been lead counsel on suits relating to eviction, wrongful foreclosure, slander of credit, and fraud, misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices relating to real estate transactions.

Mr. English is also a fee attorney for Community Title. He and his team of escrow officers can expedite both commercial and residential investment real estate needs on your behalf.

Mr. English belongs to the Great Southwest Golf Club and the Houston Yacht Club, and is an avid golfer and sailor. He attends Oak Lawn United Methodist Church, where he teaches Sunday School.

Mrs. Hilda Clendenen is a graduate of the University of San Carlos. She is a state of Texas licensed realtor and specializes in investment real estate transactions. She is a multi million dollar producer. Prior to partnering with BG Capital, Mrs. Clendenen spent over 25 years as a finance manager, and has had extensive experience with emphasis in customer service and creative financing.

She is a long time Texan resident and was named "Honorary Texan" by former Governor of Texas and now current President, George W. Bush. She has been married for over 36 years and has two sons. Mrs. Clendenen has been affiliated with L.U.L.A.C (League of United Latin American Citizens) and continues to participate with other non-profit organizations and is an active member in the Latin American community. She attends St Elizabeth Seaton Catholic Church in Plano, Texas.
